About Me
My journey as a Data Scientist started 20+ years ago as a Geology undergraduate. In graduate school I pursued Geophysics, where I learned scientific programming and time-series analysis. I spent 14 years employed as a Geophysicist, where I used physics-based and statistical analysis to generate data-driven insights and influence business decisions. In my current role as a Data Scientist for Onward, I use ML and AI to drive innovation in the energy transition/climate tech space.A problem-solver by nature, I love the opportunity to learn and apply new skills. Over the course of my career, I have built a solid reputation as a team leader who has a knack for being able to simplify complex problems, and deliver technical information to non-technical audiences.
